Here at Word Amp, we value every customer and want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will gladly accept the return of your sellable item, for a STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 Days of the delivery.

ALL SALE, SPECIAL BUNDLES, DISCOUNTED, AND MARKDOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
To correctly process your return, the following must be complied:
- Word Amp reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
- The product(s) MUST be returned in new and unused condition, showing no signs of being washed or worn.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return.
Items that do not meet the return criteria will be denied and returned to sender!
- We do not accept returns on items that have visibly washed, worn or where the tags have been removed.
- Non-Returnable Items: All items marked final sale, all Beauty products, Bundle offers, and Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Once your item is returned:
- Once the return has been reviewed and approved, a store credit will be issued.
- Our team will take care of processing your return and will send a confirmation email once the package has been received and processed.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive, review and process your return for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If your item arrived in any condition other than as described, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery along with pictures and our Customer Experience Team with provide information for next steps.
